Services We Provide

Amayra Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning solutions in Perth and surrounding suburbs, including but not limited to:

  • End of Lease Cleaning
  • Regular House Cleaning
  • Carpet Steam Cleaning
  • Moving-In Cleaning
  • Window Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Airbnb and Holiday Home Cleaning
  • Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

Service availability may vary depending on location, schedule, and demand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Bookings and Appointments

Making a Booking Bookings can be made through our online booking form, by phone, or by email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written or verbal confirmation from us.

Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking, including your full name, contact details, service address, and preferred date.

Access to Property You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

Right to Decline We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe working conditions, aggressive behaviour, or properties in an extreme state of hazard.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates All prices and quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, or scope of the job upon arrival.

Transparent Pricing We operate on an upfront, no-hidden-fees pricing model. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before extra work commences.

Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of booking.

Late Payment We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee or pursue recovery of outstanding amounts if payment is not made within the agreed timeframe.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellation Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service without reasonable notice may be charged up to 50% of the quoted service price to cover staff and logistics costs.

Cancellation by Us In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen events, staff unavailability, or unsafe conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Cleans

We take great pride in our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed
  • We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the specific areas in question at no additional cost
  • The re-clean offer applies to the original scope of work only and does not cover new or unrelated areas

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to issues caused by pre-existing damage, stains deemed permanent prior to cleaning, or areas outside the agreed scope of work.

Our Staff and Conduct

Professional Standards All Amayra Cleaning Services team members are fully trained, police-checked, and held to the highest professional standards. They will treat your property with care and respect at all times.

Client Conduct You agree to treat our staff with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to remove our team from any premises and terminate a booking immediately if our staff are subjected to harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour. In such cases, the full service fee remains payable.

Supervision You are not required to be present during the clean, however if you choose not to be present, you agree to take responsibility for providing secure access and accept the results of the completed service.

Liability and Damage

Our Liability Amayra Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property during a service, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the service completion.

Limitations We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service
  • Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, fittings, or surfaces
  • Items of extraordinary value unless specifically declared before the service begins
  • Loss or damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control

Maximum Liability Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.

Permitted Use You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or engage in any activity that may harm our systems or reputation.
